A slender and elegant Art Deco style makes up this vintage ladies high school gold graduation ring from the Virginia Beach High School class of 1943.

The Deco ring consists of unmarked 10K yellow gold from the Herff Jones company, and features a blue glass stone with enameled insignia for “VB High School”, and the year 1943 in a stepped design with black enameling.

*Please note – Under a loupe, I can see a few small chips on the glass stone, although not evident when worn.

The inside shank is personalized with the engraved initials of “MCB” along with a stamp for HJ (Herff Jones) Ultra Supertone.  It measures a size 6 on my ring mandrel, and weighs 3.8 grams.
